From choosing your shirt design to finding its place at home, here’s how to create your 11section poster.
1. Choose your design
Explore the collection and pick your favourite club or national team. Choose the shirt design you want to turn into a poster.
2. Make it personal
Select a player, or choose Your Name to add your own name and number. Names can contain up to 13 letters, including accents and special characters, and numbers can range from 0 to 99.
Can’t find your favourite player in the list? Choose Your Name and enter their name and number on the available shirt design.
3. Choose your format
- Digital download: High-resolution PDF and JPG files for printing in A4, 30 × 40 cm and 50 × 70 cm.
- Printed poster: Your chosen size, printed on 200 gsm semi-gloss paper.
- Framed poster: A printed poster mounted in a black, white or wood frame, with hanging hardware included.
Check your details carefully, then complete your order.
4. Check your inbox
Digital (Player): Your final download link arrives within 12–24 calendar hours of order confirmation. You can see the design preview in the store, so there is no additional emailed preview to approve.
Digital (Your Name): We email your personalised preview within 12–24 calendar hours. Check the name, number and design, and report any errors within 24 hours of that email being sent. We send your final download link within a further 12–24 calendar hours after you approve the preview or after the 24-hour window ends without a response.
Physical (Your Name): We email your preview within 24–48 calendar hours. You have 24 hours from sending to report errors, request changes or cancel. Approve early and production begins immediately; otherwise, it proceeds after 24 hours without a response.
Physical (Player): Your order goes directly to production without an emailed preview or approval step.
For Your Name orders in either format, reporting an error during the review window pauses the next stage. We send a corrected preview, starting a fresh 24-hour review window. Please check your spam or junk folder for our emails.
5. Make room for your poster
Physical orders include tracking, so you can follow your delivery. Estimated production and shipping times are 2–4 business days for delivery within the production country, or 6–8 business days for international delivery.
For Player orders, these estimates run from order confirmation. For Your Name orders, they run from preview approval, or from the end of the 24-hour preview window if you do not reply. Allow an additional 48 calendar hours for personalisation, excluding the preview window. See the physical delivery FAQ for details.
