Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 20 september 2026

These Terms govern purchases from https://11section.com and use of the website. The version supplied when your order is placed applies to that order. Mandatory consumer protections take precedence over these Terms.

1. Trader details

11section is an independent studio based in Portugal.

Contact email: support@11section.com

If you have a complaint, you may also use the electronic complaints book platform at www.livroreclamacoes.pt once our business registration is complete.

2. Products

We create our own football shirt poster designs inspired by clubs, national teams and players. Choose Players for a listed player or Your name to enter a name of up to 13 letters and a number from 0 to 99. Accents and special characters are supported. You may enter an unlisted player’s name using Your name on an available shirt design; this does not commission a new shirt or club design.

Formats available:

  • Digital: high-resolution PDF and JPG files for A4 (21 × 29.7 cm), 30 × 40 cm and 50 × 70 cm, delivered by emailed download link.
  • Physical: a made-to-order print in one of those sizes on 200 gsm semi-gloss paper, approximately 0.22 mm thick, FSC-certified or equivalently certified.
  • Framed: a print mounted in a black, white or wood frame, with hanging hardware included.

Digital purchases include no physical item. Unframed purchases include no frame. Digital files require a device/application able to download and open PDF/JPG files and access to email. Download links do not expire and downloads are unlimited.

3. Personalisation and previews

Check your selected design, format, size, name, number, email and delivery address before payment.

Physical Your name orders have an emailed preview and a 24-hour window from sending to flag an error, request changes or cancel. Without a response, production proceeds using that preview when the window ends. Physical Players orders proceed without preview or approval. Digital Your Name orders also receive a preview, as described in section 5. Digital Player orders use the preview displayed in the store and do not require an additional emailed preview.

We send the first physical preview within 24–48 calendar hours of order confirmation. Early approval releases the order to production immediately and ends the remaining preview cancellation window. A timely correction request pauses production; we send a revised preview and a new 24-hour window starts. Early approval of the revision likewise releases it to production.

We are responsible for supplying what was ordered, including agreed corrections. A preview or lack of response does not excuse a defect or an error by us. Operational changes cannot be guaranteed once printing starts; statutory rights remain separate.

4. Orders, payment and pricing

A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance of your order by email. Keep the confirmation and these Terms for your records.

We accept payment cards as displayed at checkout. Payments are handled through the relevant payment provider.

Prices, currency, applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown before payment. Import duties or clearance charges on international deliveries may be payable separately where applicable, as explained in the Shipping & Returns Policy.

If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund amounts paid for the unfulfilled order. We will not substitute a product or increase an accepted price without your agreement. Suspected fraud may require verification. These provisions do not create an unrestricted right to cancel accepted consumer contracts.

5. Delivery

Player digital orders: the final PDF/JPG files are delivered by email download link within 12–24 calendar hours of order confirmation. The customer can see the product preview in the online store; no additional emailed preview is required.

Your Name digital orders: a personalised preview is emailed within 12–24 calendar hours of order confirmation. You have 24 hours from that email being sent to report errors. We release the final files after your explicit approval, or after those 24 hours have elapsed without a response. An affirmative approval is not required if there is nothing to correct. Personalised files are prepared manually.

The final download link is sent within 12–24 calendar hours after your approval or after the 24-hour review window expires without a response. If you report an error during the review window, we pause final delivery and send a corrected preview. A new 24-hour review window begins when that revised preview is sent. Once you approve the revised preview, or the new window expires without a response, final delivery follows within 12–24 calendar hours. These timings include weekends.

The absence of a reply to a preview is an operational artwork check only. It is not express consent to early digital supply or an acknowledgement of losing statutory withdrawal rights.

Physical production and shipping normally take 2–4 business days within the production country or 6–8 business days internationally. These estimates apply to framed and unframed posters. Players orders are timed from confirmation. For physical Your name orders, production-and-shipping estimates start after approval or expiry of the preview window. Personalisation adds 48 hours, excluding the preview window. These are calendar hours.

All physical orders include tracking. We use nearby production partners where possible and remain your point of contact for delivery issues. See the Shipping & Returns Policy for the full process, charges and delay reporting.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

The Shipping & Returns Policy forms part of these Terms and describes statutory withdrawal, the personalised-order cancellation window, refunds and the optional withdrawal notice.
Standard catalogue products are not treated as exempt from withdrawal merely because they are printed after purchase. For genuinely personalised goods, the statutory exception and the additional commercial preview-window cancellation arrangement are separate.
For digital content supplied without a physical medium, any loss of withdrawal rights requires the legally required prior express consent, acknowledgement and confirmation. Merely completing checkout is insufficient. Until that process is verified, no automatic loss of rights is asserted.
The one-time digital correction service for customer-entry errors does not cap our duties to remedy non-conforming content. The request to report problems within seven days does not shorten legal protection periods. Nothing excludes statutory rights concerning faulty goods, non-conforming digital content or failure to deliver.

7. Independent designs and intellectual property

11section is not affiliated with or endorsed by any football club or player. Our products are not presented as official merchandise. Third-party names, logos and other protected material remain subject to the rights of their respective owners; this notice does not grant a licence to use those rights.

To the extent we own rights in our original artwork, purchase allows personal, non-commercial use, including printing a purchased digital poster for personal use. Do not resell, commercially reproduce or redistribute our digital design files without permission. Rights-holder enquiries may be sent to support@11section.com.

8. Website use and responsibility

Do not use the website unlawfully, introduce malicious code or attempt unauthorised access. We may take proportionate steps to protect the website and its users.
We remain responsible as required by law for our contractual obligations and the products we supply. We do not guarantee uninterrupted website availability. No term excludes liability or a consumer remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains personal-data processing. Consent to optional marketing or analytics is separate from accepting these Terms. Buying a poster does not by itself subscribe you to marketing.

10. Complaints and dispute resolution

Email support@11section.com with your order number and concern. We reply within 48 hours.

11. Governing law and changes

Portuguese law governs these Terms, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections applicable in their country of habitual residence. Disputes may be brought before courts competent under applicable law; these Terms do not impose exclusive Portuguese jurisdiction where consumer jurisdiction rules provide otherwise.

Future updates do not retrospectively change an existing order. The publication date identifies the applicable version.
